The receptionist are very kind and professional, with very happy smile face, the breakfast is the best breakfast I saw in all my 4 years in Italy , the sweets and cakes are very well home made , not the cheap ones from supermarket, the juice has a cooling machine so you will never drink a hot juice, the fruits has also a cooling machine so you will eat them cold not hot, the eggs has a hot also a heating machine so I likes everything about this hotel I can't complain about anything

Great location and staff. Great private parking by the hotel and one more across the street without gate or surveillance. Rooms are small but still comfortable and clean. By the street however the windows are very good and you can get a quiet sleep.

This was a lovely stay, with fantastic breakfasts and the most wonderful staff at the front desk. The room has older furniture and decor but was nicely refurbished. Since I was staying for 9 days, I was given a “larger” room with a double bed and a single bed, suitable for 3 people. The bathroom was clean and had a bathtub – a welcome feature nowadays. The location is also fabulous – a minute from the beach, a minute from the nearest Metromare station and smack in the middle of a restaurant district. This was home away from home, thanks to the friendliness of the staff. Good luck to you!

Tiny room, microscopic bathroom. Need to be a magician to fit onto the toilet. Room looks dated, furniture is falling apart. Parking is in limited numbers. Parking is charged separately and is very expensive. Dinner or lunch not available. Breakfast is good, but very limited choice. Most focus is on deserts. Just 2 veggies, 3 fruits, and 2 types of cheese. Walls are supposed to be sound isolated, but you can hear everything from the other rooms. Front door is even worse. You can hear people walking in the hall, slamming the doors, talking on the phone, babies screaming, etc. If you take the sea view room (charged extra) it's also road facing and the street is busy and noisy in the night. Certainly would not rate this a 4-star hotel. Been in 2 or less star hotels, which were more comfortable. The staff is nice though, and rooms are clean.

The staff was amazing. Just perfect. The only thing was our bed was the hardest most uncomfortable bed with pillows that felt like they had boulders in the cases. My neck has hurt for three days. Other than that it was a nice stay. Close to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was very delicious. Parking was different. They say that the hotel has its own parking. They do, just only so much. We had to walk a few blocks to a lot to park. The hotel does not have a loading area. We had to park in front in the no parking spot. Also they charge €20 a day for the spot. The hotel also offers beach chairs through the hotel. Just ask the nice lady at the front desk.

We had an amazing visit and we're well cared for. The Manager Laura was exceptional, and her husband David an excellent helper. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Excellent!!

Very nice hotel, kind personnel, very clean, bathroom recently renovated, enough towels. We are with a small baby and we had also a baby cot and it sas enough space in the room (we had a lot of luggages). Great quality for the price! Very clean!!

Lovely hotel, well located and spotlessly clean. Excellent value and we will stay again. Staff very helpful and went out of their way to book a table at a specific restaurant for us. We stayed at the end of September so it wasn’t very busy. Our room had air conditioning and a fabulous shower! Safe and fridge in the room too.
